Pay By Phone

Make a one-time payment by phone

Call us at 844-849-1513 to make a one-time payment with a credit card, debit card, or your bank account information. There is a $3.95 transaction fee. Please be prepared with the following information:

  • Your Rich Mountain Electric account number
  • If using a checking or savings account, you will need the routing number as well as your checking or savings account number
