Rich Mountain Electric Cooperative Security Safeguards:

Rich Mountain Electric Cooperative maintains member information with reasonable and appropriate technical, administrative, physical and cyber safeguards to protect against loss, unauthorized access, destruction, misuse, modification, and improper disclosure of member information. Members are warned, however, that no system can ever be fully protected against every possible hazard. Also, Rich Mountain Electric Cooperative requires its employees, affiliates and contractors who have access to member information to comply with this policy and confidentiality policy.

Member information that is stored on Rich Mountain Electric Cooperative's data system is protected using cyber security protocols. Rich Mountain Electric Cooperative website may contain links to other sites not operated by Rich Mountain Electric Cooperative.
