Cooperative Vehicles for Sealed Bids

Beginning June 1, 2026, Rich Mountain Electric Cooperative will accept sealed bids for cooperative vehicles in our Mena Office.
Anyone interested may bring in a bid in a sealed envelope, marked BID ENCLOSED, or mail it to P.O. Box 897, Mena, AR 71953.
Please include a good contact phone number with the bid.

All vehicles may be inspected by appointment at our poleyard location in Mena on Fairgrounds Road from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Rich Mountain Electric will accept bids until the close of business on July 3, 2026.
Winning bidders will be notified by phone once the bidding period has closed and arrangements will be made at that time for pick up.

All payments must be made and vehicles/equipment must be removed by July 10, 2026 or the bid is VOID.

Payment methods include a personal or company check with a bank letter of guarantee.
