Bills are due when you receive them, and are past due 22 days from the date they are mailed. Your Rich Mountain Electric Cooperative has provided several convenient ways to pay your bill:
Pay in person at your cooperative office.
If you live in the Mena area, you could use the night depository or drive-through window available at the First National Bank of Mena, Arkansas Diamond Bank, The Union Bank of Mena, or at the co-op office in Mena.
Drop by your cooperative office and sign up for our convenient Automatic Bank Draft service. This allows you to pay your monthly electric bill automatically from your bank account, saving you time and check writing. You'll see your electric bill payment debited on your bank account statement each month. Also, you will receive a copy of the bill for your records.
If you anticipate that you will be absent for an extended period, please call us and arrange an alternative means of payment. If you are unable to pay your bill by the past due date, please call your cooperative office or come by to arrange a delayed payment schedule.
